Hello and welcome to Senio Player ("App" or "Service")! We've developed this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to explain to you how we collect, use, disclose, and store personal data. This Policy applies to Debuggers Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). This Policy does not apply to other parties' sites, products or services, such as sites linked to, from or advertised on our App, or sites which link to or advertise our App.

Email address – if you contact us.
Device identifiers (such as Android ID, GAID for Android) – for analytics and advertising.
Behavioral usage of the App – how you interact with features (e.g., play counts, feature usage).
Device information – type, version, brand, language, operating system, network type and operator (e.g., MAC address).
Media metadata – when you browse local videos/audio, we scan file names, durations, and sizes to display them in lists. We do not upload your media files.
Search history – stored locally on your device to help you quickly find content. We do not collect this history.
Play history and progress – saved locally to resume playback and show your history.
Clipboard data – with your permission, we may read your clipboard to detect links you've copied. We do not store or transmit clipboard content. You will be prompted before each access.

Section 4. Whom we share personal data with

To provide the Services, we may share, disclose, or transfer your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

Companies that are part of our corporate group.
Business partners or contract partners who are participating in the performance of the delivery of the Services.
Services providers that help us deliver, manage, develop, and improve the Services.
Legal advisors and auditors for the performance of audits.
Courts and public authorities.

Section 5. Retention of personal data

We will retain the personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in Section 3, as long as required by law and as long as relevant potential legal claims are not yet time-barred. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need nor lawful legal ground to process your personal data, we will delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

Note: Most data related to your media (playlists, favorites, play history) is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. We do not have access to this local data.

Section 6. Protection of personal data

We maintain appropriate security procedures and technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, disclosure, alteration, or use.

Section 7. External and third party sites

This App may contain links to websites maintained by third parties ("External Sites") and integrates with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Rumble, Twitch, and Twitter via public APIs. These External Sites are provided to redirect you to another website to enable purchase of products and services, or for your reference and convenience only. We do not operate, control or endorse in any respect such External Sites or their content. You assume sole responsibility for use of these External Sites and are therefore, advised to examine the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those External Sites carefully.

When you use the online search feature to access third-party platforms, those platforms may collect data independently. Please review their privacy practices:

Section 8. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we will never knowingly collect personal or other data from anyone it knows is under the age of 13. We recommend that persons over 13, but under 18 years of age, ask their parents for permission before using the Services or sending any data about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Section 9. Your privacy rights

You can exercise any of the rights described in this section consistent with applicable law and our role with respect to your personal data by emailing to us. In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to:
