Terms of Service

Hello and welcome to Senio Player ("App" or "Service")! By using the App or Service, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to Debuggers Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms do not apply to other parties' sites, products or services, such as sites linked to, from or advertised on our App, or sites which link to or advertise our App. You should read all of our Terms and policies carefully.

Section 1. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Please check back periodically for updates. If you do not agree with any changes we make, you should stop interacting with us. Section 2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal use. We reserve all rights in the App not expressly granted in this Section.

Section 3. Age requirement

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Use and access of the App is restricted to those individuals who are at least 13 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions and obligations herein. We recommend that persons over 13, but under 18 years of age, ask their parents for permission before using the Services.

Section 4. Restrictions on use

You warrant and agree that you will not:

• decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct or discover, in any way, any source code, programming, algorithms, design structure or interoperability interfaces of the App, for any purpose.
• make any modification or enhancement to the App.
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or attempt to gain access to, or conduct penetration tests of, any systems or networks that connect to the App.
• remove or modify any of the App's identification markings, including copyright, trademark and other intellectual property notices.
• use the App to develop or distribute a competing product or service for either for your own use or third party use, re-use the Service.

Section 5. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the App, including:

• Local content: Any videos or audio files you access via the App are your responsibility. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to play, store, or share such files. We do not collect or store your media files.
• Online searches: When using the online search feature to access platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Rumble, or Twitch, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service. We do not host, control, or endorse any third-party content.
• Clipboard access: The App may ask to read your clipboard to help you paste links. You can deny this permission at any time. You are responsible for the content you paste.
• Playlists and favorites: Any playlists, favorites, or settings you create are stored locally. We are not responsible for data loss due to uninstallation or device reset.

Section 6. External and third party sites

This App may contain links to websites maintained by third parties ("External Sites") and integrates with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Rumble, and Twitch via public APIs. These External Sites are provided to redirect you to another website to enable purchase of products and services, or for your reference and convenience only. We do not operate, control or endorse in any respect such External Sites or their content. You assume sole responsibility for use of these External Sites and are therefore, advised to examine the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those External Sites carefully.

When you use the online search feature to access third-party platforms, those platforms may collect data independently. Please review their terms and privacy policies.

Section 7. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, GOOD TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IMPOSED BY CONTRACT, STATUTE, COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE, OR OTHERWISE. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT ACCESS TO THE APP WILL BE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

Section 8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEBUGGERS INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Section 9. Miscellaneous

Neither party waives any rights by delaying or failing to exercise such rights at any time. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severable from the remainder of these Terms, will not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of these Terms, and will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
